Clubhouse

Our beautiful clubhouse is located on the shores of Clear Lake. For a nominal fee, our clubhouse is available for residents to host their events. You must be a member and your HOA Assessments must be paid to date before booking any events. 

The kitchen includes two ranges, two refrigerators, a microwave/convection, and plenty of counter space for food preparation and serving. There are tables and chairs for 80 guests. A variety of activities are organized by the Ladies Club throughout the year, from holiday parties to fundraisers.

Regardless of the clubhouse rental status, all residents can access the park grounds.
