Full-Day Weekends: (Friday - Sunday) Midnight to Midnight, 24 hours - $250.00

Full-Day Weekdays: (Monday - Thursday) Midnight to Midnight, 24 hours - $200.00

Half-Day: Meetings, Setup/Cleanup Only: Not to Exceed 6 hours - $150.00

Refundable Security/Cleaning Deposit: Due at time of scheduling - $500.00

Housekeeping: $150.00 (Required for 60 or more guests)

Payments must be made by the owner of record
Half-day rental is available only for meetings and additional time for setup or cleanup. The Clubhouse may not be rented on major holidays, which include: New Year's Day (observed), Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Veterans Day (observed), Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, without prior approval by the Board of Directors.
Buckingham Owner(s) of Record in good standing may rent the Clubhouse for social, educational, or other purposes. There may not be any commercial use of the clubhouse to generate income for any individual. The renter must also remain present throughout the event and cannot sublet the clubhouse.
